BACKGROUND:
On September 2, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 607572-25 to 22nd Century Technologies (LBE) and Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. (NBE) in the amount not to exceed $3,000,000 aggregately for Temporary Employment Services.
This Competitive Bidding Exception is for temporary employment services with 22nd Century Technologies (LBE) and Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. (NBE)
The following are the pertinent provisions of the approval:
• The term of the approval was from date of award through June 30, 2030.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with 22nd Century Technologies and Marathon Staffing Group and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
A revised Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because this funding increase will help ensure the continuity of operations during the Primary Election.
This approval will provide for temporary employment services necessary to fully staff the Primary Election. This will help ensure the continuity of election operations.
22nd Century Technologies and Marathon Staffing Group, Inc. currently hold a Clark County Business License.
