BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved and budgeted funding for the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Master Plan project (Public Works Project No. PW.R262DFT) in coordination with Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of North Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of Boulder City, and City of Mesquite (collectively "Entities"). The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on October 5, 2021.

Supplemental No. 3 to Interlocal Contract No. 1320 decreases total funds for the project due to scope changes.

RTC approved the third supplemental interlocal contract at its meeting on December 14, 2023.

Each of the Entities is scheduled to approve the third supplemental interlocal contract at their respective Board/Council meetings.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental interlocal contract as to form.
