BACKGROUND:
Clark County (County) and Family to Family Connection (F2FC) entered into a Lease Agreement, along with Amendment I dated June 4, 2024, to occupy ± 2,785 square feet of space at 3900 Cambridge Street, Suites 106, 107 and 108, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Lease). The County’s current Lease expiration date is November 4, 2026, with no options remaining.
F2FC is a non-profit helping children 0-5 years of age to prepare for kindergarten by providing interactive classes for cognitive and motor skills.
The Amendment II will renew the Lease for a three (3) year term commencing on November 5, 2026, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
F2FC does not pay any rent.
This Amendment II was presented to Long Range Planning on May 13, 2026.
