BACKGROUND:
Clark County Public Works, through its Vector Control division, has historically provided Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services to the City of Henderson, including mosquito and chironomid midge management, rodent control services, vegetation management, IPM training for staff and the public, and other pest control related services. The proposed interlocal agreement with the City of Henderson describes the full scope of IPM services to be provided and the stipulated terms. The agreement will terminate five years from its effective date. The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal agreement as to form.
