BACKGROUND:
On July 21, 2025, the Department of Business License processed an application for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for Central Avenue Inc, located at 3655 W. Quail Ave., Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89118. On June 11, 2026, the application was approved by the Director of Business License for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License.
The Nevada Revised Statute Chapter 369 requires that the local Board of County Commissioners approve applications prior to the issuance of the license from the State.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for Central Avenue Inc, located at 3655 W. Quail Ave., Suite B, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
