BACKGROUND: 

The Children's Service Guild (CSG), a charitable 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation has agreed to fund a Shade Shelter for the Department of Family Services at the Child Haven Campus.

CSG is dedicated to the assistance of children touched by the Family Court System and strives to fill needs not provided by local, state, and federal funds.  The CSG has donated funds in the amount of $21,855 for the construction of a shade shelter at Child Haven. CSG plans to pay USA Shade directly for the materials and installation of the shelter. Once constructed, Clark County will accept the improvement into the County’s inventory. USA Shade is a County Vendor and has authorization to work at County Facilities.
