BACKGROUND:

NRS 354.609 requires the adoption of a resolution to establish a revolving change bank.

The Shooting Complex revolving change bank account was originally created on December 1, 2009, to provide change for customer transactions. As transaction volume increased, the account limit was raised to $4,000 on August 17, 2010, and later increased again to $6,000 on June 19, 2012.

This revolving change bank account supports the daily operations of the Shooting Complex by ensuring sufficient funds are available to make change for customers during events, programs, and general facility use.
