BACKGROUND: 

Clark County Commissioner Justin Jones, using district specific economic development funds, provided a grant to the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) to offer mental and behavioral wellness education and training to Bachelor of Social Work-level students and Masters of social work-level students interested in a practicum site for the upcoming school year (2024-2025).

The Amendment extends the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2025, to cover the Fall 2025 school semester.

The original Agreement provided $425,000 in funding; the Amendment provides no additional money.
