BACKGROUND: 

On February 3, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved an Interlocal Agreement (Agreement) with the City of North Las Vegas (CNLV) to allocate $300,000 to CNLV for the refurbishing and renovation of various tennis and basketball courts through the valley.  The Agreement expires on December 31, 2021.

On December 13, 2021, Clark County (County) received a request from CNLV for an extension of six (6) months to extend the Agreement until June 30, 2022.

The project has been delayed due to supply chain issues.

This item was presented to the County's Long Range Planning Committee on January 12, 2022.
