BACKGROUND: 

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved due to Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, Inc. capabilities to meet federal and statutory deadlines that are vital to the election cycle.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
                     The term of the approval is from date of award through December 31, 2031, or until allocated budget is                      exhausted, whichever occurs first.
                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Taylor Printing & Visual Impressions, Inc. and                      therefore, can cease purchasing services at any time.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature.

Taylor Printing & Visual Impressions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
