BACKGROUND:
On February 15, 2024, the Department of Business License processed an application for a Brew Pub Liquor License in conjunction with a Supper Club for Truck Yeah Catering, LLC dba The Spot, located at 8410 W. Desert Inn Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89117. On May 5, 2026, the application was approved by the Director of Business License for a Supper Club, Service Bar, Liquor Caterer and Brew Pub Liquor License.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for approval for a Brew Pub Liquor License in conjunction with a Supper Club for Truck Yeah Catering, LLC dba The Spot.
