Property Owner will pay to the County the amount of $800,000, which will be deposited in Fund 4420.000 (Public Works Capital Improvements).

 

BACKGROUND: 

Summerlin Development Management Company, LLC is requesting aesthetic enhancements on three pedestrian bridges and wrought iron fencing along the trail, and is willing to share in the cost of the construction of said aesthetic enhancements as part of Clark County's project for the Clark County 215 Beltway and Summerlin Parkway Interchange (No. PW.B053315, L-2196). Summerlin Development Management Company, LLC will also execute temporary construction easements for the County project subject to the County requiring its contractors and agents to enter into a Property Owner’s Revocable License Agreement.

The Trail Bridge Aesthetic Enhancements Cost Participation Agreement sets forth the terms of the property owner’s monetary contribution for the work to be constructed by the County.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the agreement as to form.
