BACKGROUND:
The Finance Department aggregates and reviews departmental requests for consideration by the Board at various times during the fiscal year. The cost of the Echo Trail Community Center will be funded through a variety of county sources including residential construction tax revenue, general fund transfers, and a county GO Revenue bond.
