BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606247-22, for Tee Pee Lane and Patrick Lane was advertised on November 30, 2022 and opened on January 24, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for full depth reconstruction, widening and pavement removal and replacement of Patrick Lane from 120-feet east of Doroca Street to Tee Pee Lane; and Tee Pee Lane from Patrick Lane to Bela Calera Drive. In addition, it includes approximately 1,600 linear feet of storm drain system, including 12-foot by 4-foot and 6-foot by 2-foot reinforced concrete box, 60 and 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe, drop inlets, splitter box, manholes, trench excavation, and backfill, removing corrugated metal pipe, different size headwall, pavement, type II aggregate, sidewalk, curb/gutter, adjustment of manhole and water valves, waterlines, sewer pipe, manhole, streetlights, ITS conduits, drainage structure, riprap, pavement marking, sign and other related items of work.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 150 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
