BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Concession Agreement (Agreement) with Interluxe, LLC (Company) for the operation of two retail units selling tobacco products, accessories, and race team apparel, at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and is now seeking approval of a new Agreement with Company.

The important provisions are as follows:
     - Term is for seven years with an option for an additional three years by mutual consent.    
     - New Security Deposit.
     - Company will pay 15% for tobacco products and accessories and 17% for general retail apparel and
        accessories or a MAG of $9,822.47, whichever is greater.
         
This Agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
