Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $277,000, and Supplemental Nos. 1 and 2 extended the contract term. Supplemental No. 3 increase of $1,395,000 revises the total contract value to $1,672,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On December 6, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide predesign services for a pedestrian bridge over Las Vegas Boulevard at Bellagio Drive. 

Supplemental No. 3 to the professional services contract is for final design services for the bridge; and to extend the contract time of performance from July 30, 2027, to December 31, 2027. 

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License. 

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
