BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has two existing Concession Agreements (Agreements) with Vegas SpecialTees, LLC (Company) to sell Vegas themed clothing, bags, and miscellaneous merchandise in Terminal 3 and in the D-Gates at McCarran International Airport.
The Amended and Restated Agreement will consolidate the Terminal 3 and D-Gates Agreements for a period of five (5) years with one (1) additional two (2) year option, from the date of Board approval. County will receive twenty (20%) percent of gross revenue for the first $1,000,000 and Twenty-Two (22%) of gross revenue over $1,000,000 (Percentage Rent).
Advertising has been completed, in accordance with NRS 496.090. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License, and the Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney’s Office.
