BACKGROUND: 

Clark County (County) is the owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 162-10-510-001 addressed as 953 E Sahara Avenue known as the Commercial Center Parking Lot (Lot). The Lot has certain deed restrictions that provide for the award of utility easement if needed to support the private building owners within the Commercial Center. 

The County has received a request from the Owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 162-10-510-002 to obtain the following easements (Easements) on behalf of Vickies Diner and Lotus of Siam, its tenants:

- A ±2,120 SF temporary construction easement
- Once constructed, an easement to Nevada Energy for Lotus of Siam
- A ±300 SF easement to Clark County Water Reclamation District for Lotus of Siam for an existing grease      interceptor
- A ±300 SF easement to Clark County Water Reclamation District for Vickies Diner for a grease interceptor

These Easements will be granted without cost due to the deed restrictions on the Lot.
