Estimated Annual Maintenance is approximately $600 per vehicle.

Description:

Transfer of Four Crossover Utility Vehicles to Clark County Fire Department

Additional Comments:

Vehicles include 1st year warranty. Ongoing maintenance for these utility vehicles will be covered under the department's operating budget.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The City of Las Vegas is a grant recipient of the FY18 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant and has purchased Crossover Utility Gators. The City of Las Vegas will be transferring four Crossover Utility Gators to the Clark County Fire Department.

Pursuant to NRS 277.180 and 277.045, staff is presenting the Board with an interlocal agreement with the City of Las Vegas in order to govern the transfer of assets purchased with funds from the FY18 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant awarded to the City of Las Vegas in the amount of $106,172.80 with the purpose of transferring Crossover Utility Gators to the Clark County Fire Department.

Staff recommends the Board approve the interlocal agreement between Clark County and City of Las Vegas.
