BACKGROUND:
Caesars Entertainment, together with and also known as Claudine Propco, LLC; Flamingo Las Vegas Operating Company, LLC; CPLV Property Owner LLC; Corner Investment Propco, LLC; Paris Las Vegas Operating Company, LLC; Parball Newco, LLC, and PHWLV, LLC (collectively, "Grantor"), desires to grant to Clark County perpetual non-exclusive easements (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 162-16-312-002, 162-16-412-004, 162-17-810-009, 162-21-101-005, 162-21-102-003, 162-21-102-004, 162-21-102-009, and 162-21-210-005) to construct, reconstruct, repair, operate, and maintain the bollards and appurtenances related to the bollards, in each case, located upon, over, under, across and through Grantor's property.
The attached grants of easement for bollard improvements will grant permanent maintenance easements to the County. The grants of easement further describe additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor.
The District Attorney's Office has approved the grants of easement as to form.
