BACKGROUND: 

On September 6, 2011, Clark County (County) entered into a Lease Agreement with the Children's Service Guild (Guild) to occupy ±922 square feet of space at 701-B N Pecos Road, Las Vegas, Nevada (Premises), also known as the Child Haven Campus, which expires on September 5, 2021.

The Guild desires to continue leasing the Premises to assist children falling under the protection and supervision of Family Courts by providing food, clothing, medical and physical support, and programming assistance.

This updated lease shall commence on September 6, 2021 and expire on September 5, 2026 with five (5) one (1) year options to renew. Remeasurement of the Premises concludes ±934 square feet.

DJJS, DFS & Family Courts are in support of this renewal.
