BACKGROUND:
On June 2, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for design of roadway improvements for the Hollywood Boulevard between Lake Mead Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue project.
The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. increases total funds for additional storm drain analysis and design, and redesign of roadway sections. The time of performance extends to January 30, 2024, unless further time extensions are granted.
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved this first supplemental contract as to form.
