BACKGROUND:

On July 9, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1193 for the Rainbow Boulevard between Landberg Avenue and Gary Avenue project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on August 4, 2020.

The Board and RTC previously approved one supplemental to Interlocal Contract No. 1193 to increase total funds for construction of the project.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract 1193 decreases total funds for construction of the project. The time of performance remains effective to June 30, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on July 13, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
