BACKGROUND:

On December 19, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional services for the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. Horrocks LLC was selected to provide professional engineering services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway Widening between Interstate 11 and North 5th Street project from the pre-qualification list, [Service] Highway Engineering - Freeway Design.

County staff negotiated the attached professional engineering services contract with Horrocks LLC.  The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms.  The time of performance is effective to June 30, 2028, unless time extensions are granted.

Horrocks LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
