BACKGROUND:
On April 1, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the Master Services Agreement for SOQ No. 607190-24 for Professional Services for Real Property Management. Welles Pugsley Architects, LLP dba Simpson Coulter Studio (NBE) was approved for Category 4: Construction Manager at Risk Projects. On August 11, 2025, Real Property Management executed a Task Order to Welless Pugsley Architects, LLP dba Simpson Coulter Studio (NBE) in the amount of $414,920.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Task Order:
• The term of the Task Order was from date of award through April 30, 2027.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for additional design services. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Welles Pugsley Architects, LLP dba Simpson Coulter Studio currently holds a Clark County Business License.
