BACKGROUND: 

On September 2, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved a Resolution of Intent to Lease Clark County (County) owned real property between the County and Workforce Connections for ±745 square feet of office space located at 5712 Missouri Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89122 (Assessor's Parcel Number 161-28-601-001).

The Board is now being asked to approve the Interlocal Lease Agreement which provides a five (5) years term commencing retroactively on October 16, 2024, with the option to extend for five (5) additional one (1) year periods and without requiring the payment of any rent.

The County shall provide for all basic utilities, janitorial and pest control.

Pursuant to NRS 277.050, the Board may lease County-owned real property to another public agency without consideration and without advertising for public bids on such terms as authorized by the Board after holding a public hearing at which objections by the public may be heard.
