BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is for medical professionals to provide pediatric and adolescent medical consultations, medical records review, legal testimony and support for Clark County Department of Family Services. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement: • The term of the Agreement is from date of award through December 31, 2023 and includes the option to renew for 2, one-year periods. • Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
