BACKGROUND: 

The dedication in fee of a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 176-03-302-014 as public right-of-way is required for construction, operation, and maintenance of roadway improvements, spandrels and drainage facilities in support of development in the immediate surrounding area along Badura Avenue and Tenaya Way.
