Initial contract amount was $1,400,000, and Supplemental No. 1 increase of $1,500,000 revises the total contract value to $2,900,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 3215 and budgeted funding for the Patrick Lane between Durango Drive and Rainbow Boulevard project in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund - Fuel Revenue Indexing for Fiscal Year 2025. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on June 17, 2025.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 3215 provides additional funding for construction to cover the bid amount, which is higher than the engineer's estimate. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2030, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 3215 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on November 13, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
