BACKGROUND:
On December 19, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional service providers for the period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. CMWorks, Inc. was selected from the pre-qualification list, [Service]: Construction Management - Administration Major, to provide construction management services for the Warm Springs Road from Decatur Boulevard to Dean Martin Drive and Valley View Boulevard from Windmill Lane to Maule Avenue project (Bid No. 607569-25).
Due to Clark County Department of Public Works’ present and anticipated project workload, the services of an outside consultant for project management are needed. County staff negotiated the attached professional services contract with CMWorks, Inc. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms.
CMWorks, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
