BACKGROUND:
On June 30, 2025, the Department processed a change of location for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for K&R Beverage LLC dba Franco Wine. This agenda item represents a change of location of an existing Importer/Wholesaler; K&R Beverage LLC dba Franco Wine is currently licensed to conduct business at 3935 W. Reno Ave., Unit F, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The change of location is for the addition of Unit G, to the same location address, 3935 W Reno Ave., Unit F&G, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
The Nevada Revised Statute Chapter 369 requires that the local Board of County Commissioners approve applications prior to the issuance of the license from the State.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for a change of location of an existing licensed Importer/Wholesaler for K&R Beverage LLC dba Franco Wine.
