DOA's offer to purchase the Property for $475,000 under a voluntary acquisition (willing buyer/willing seller) has been accepted by the property owner. Escrow closing costs are estimated not to exceed $2,500 bringing DOA's total acquisition cost to $477,500.

This process was conducted in accordance with the federal requirements to be eligible for reimbursement by the FAA to cover up to 90% of this acquisition through a future grant.

This agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
