BACKGROUND:
On October 23, 2023, Houston-Galveston Area Council awarded Contract No. AM10-23 Ambulances, EMS and Special Service Vehicles to Braun Northwest, Inc. (LBE). This approval provides for the purchase of ambulances, EMS and special service vehicles.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from October 23, 2023 through September 30, 2027.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Braun Northwest, Inc. and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (a) a governmental entity located within or outside this State with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
Braun Northwest, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
