BACKGROUND:
On July 1, 2021, The State of Nevada awarded Contract No. 99SWC-S1495 to various dealerships as shown below. This approval provides for Fleet, Alternative Fuel and Police Vehicles.
The awarded dealerships are as follows:

• Creative Bus Sales, Inc. (NBE)
• Desert Buick GMC LLC dba AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson (NBE)
• Dolan Dodge Ram Fiat (NBE)
• Dolan Fernley Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram (NBE)

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 1, 2021 through June 20, 2023, and has been extended through June 30, 2025.
• Clark County is not under exclusive contract with any of the awarded dealerships and therefore, can cease purchasing product at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.
A Clark County Business License will be required of any dealership with which a purchase order is executed.
