Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $500,000. Supplemental Nos. 1 through 5 combined  amounts increased the contract by $665,000. Supplemental No. 6 increase of  $200,000 revises the total contract value to $1,365,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1225 for the Starr Avenue between Las Vegas Boulevard and Bermuda Road project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on October 6, 2020.

Supplemental No. 6 to Interlocal Contract No. 1225 will provide additional design funds for engineering services related to roadway cross-section modifications on Starr Avenue. This sixth supplemental contract will also extend the project completion date to December 31, 2029, unless further time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the sixth supplemental contract at its meeting on November 14, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the sixth supplemental contract as to form.
