BACKGROUND: 

The County will provide $355.30 in Fiscal Year 2025/2026 County Outside Agency Grant (OAG) funds to Clark County School District to assist with the operational costs for the Cheyenne High School 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Basketball Games.

The term of the Agreement is for October 23, 2025.

During the Program on October 23, 2025, CCSD will pay for program-related activities. Specifically, the objectives of the Cheyenne High School 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Basketball Games on October 23, 2025 will be to pay for program-related activities including the cost of team jerseys. Meals and Incidental Expenses are not an eligible use of the Funds.

The District Attorney’s office has reviewed and approved the resolution as to form. NRS 380.020 governs the appointment of Law Library trustees. Two terms on the Law Library Board of Trustees expire December 31, 2025; these are the terms of current trustee Karen Byrd and Jennifer Green.
