BACKGROUND:

On January 8, 2024, the Clark County Redevelopment Agency (RDA) became the owner of 900 Liberace Ave, Las Vegas NV 89109, located on APN#162-10-510-029 which consists of a +/- 1.14 acre developed parcel with four two-story retail/office buildings containing a gross building square footage of 72,500 (Property).

Prior to the purchase of the property, Clark County's Department of Real Property Management completed due diligence inspections which identified a number of items that required upgrades to meet current building standards.

In addition, the recently completed Vision Plan for Commercial Center calls for the building to be rehabilitated so that it may serve as a creative hub for Commercial Center by incubating community, culture and collaboration with a diverse blend of tenants.
