Durango Hills YMCA Men’s Basketball League

BACKGROUND: 

The County will provide $1,000 in Fiscal Year 2025/2026 County Outside Agency Grant (OAG) funds to YMCA of Southern Nevada to assist with the operational costs for the Durango Hills YMCA Men’s Basketball League.

The term of the Agreement is December 14, 2025, through February 8, 2026.

The Durango Hills YMCA Men’s Basketball League is an eight-week program running from December 14, 2025, through February 8, 2026.  The grant funds will be used to support league activities to include paying a portion of program expenses, team registration, and County logo t-shirts awarded to the championship team.  Meals and incidental expenses are not an eligible use of the grant funds.

The District Attorney’s office has reviewed and approved the resolution as to form.
