BACKGROUND:
On January 17, 2023, Clark County, Nevada (the “County”) and Moapa Valley Water District (“District”) entered into the Clark County Recovery Grant Interlocal Agreements for the Economic Development and Water Improvement projects. The Board approved $1,489,50 for water line improvements and $973,624 for streetscape improvements. The District has requested an extension of time from December 31, 2024 to June 30, 2025 to complete the projects under these agreements.
Approval of the First Amendments will provide for the program period to be extended from December 31, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
