Initial agreement amount was $5,000,000. Amendment No. 1 increases the amount by $10,886,207, for a revised total agreement amount of $15,886,207.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 7, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Henderson (COH) for design and construction of the widening of the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Pecos Road and Stephanie Street project.

The attached first amendment provides funds for right-of-way acquisition for construction of roadway improvements, and consultant construction management services pertaining to the project.

COH approved the first amendment to the interlocal agreement at its Council meeting held on September 17, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first amendment as to form.
