BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is for Temporary Housing of Juveniles from Nye County placed at County juvenile facilities. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, automatically renew for 1 year periods through June 30, 3031.• Includes the option to terminate for cause or convenience by giving the other party a 30 day written notice.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
