BACKGROUND: 

December 17, 2025, staff presented the findings and final draft of the Inspiring Spring Mountain Redevelopment Plan for review and consideration.  The purpose of the plan is to provide vision and guidance for the new redevelopment areas of Chinatown and Koreatown.
