On August 17, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Inc. to provide professional engineering services for the Flamingo Wash between Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) and Hotel Rio Drive project.

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract is needed for additional design for future channel improvement within UPRR right-of-way to the existing UPRR bridge, design alternatives, and HEC-HMS (Hydrologic Engineering Center - Hydrologic Modeling System) analysis. The time of performance remains effective until September 30, 2027, unless further time extensions are granted.

WSP USA Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
