BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606627-23, for Pecos & Bonanza, DJJS - Detention Units E6 - E8 Full Plumbing Replacement was advertised on May 1, 2023 and opened on May 31, 203. The Bid amounts are as follows:

US Mechanical, LLC (NBE) $2,463,000.00
This Contract is for the construction of the removal and replacement of drain waste vent/water piping and associated plumbing fixtures within DJJS units E6, E7 and E8.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 210 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Monument Construction dba Monument currently holds a Clark County Business License.
