BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for City of North Las Vegas housing related services including, but not limited to, assisting non-profit agencies to acquire, construct and/or rehabilitate rental housing units, assisting owner-occupants to rehabilitate their homes, and assisting first time home buyers through the Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from date of award through June 30, 2026 and includes the option to extend                      for 2, one-year periods.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
