BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Real Estate Lease Agreement (Agreement), with Bureau of Land Management (BLM), for fire response activities at Jean Airport. The DOA and BLM entered into a Standstill Agreement while the Second Amendment (Amendment) was negotiated.

This Amendment to the Agreement extends the term 20 years and increases the annual rent to $2,100.00.

This Amendment has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
