BACKGROUND: 

On September 20, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for construction management services for the Cactus Avenue between Fort Apache Road and Buffalo Drive project (No. PW.R147EFT) (Bid No. 606164-22).

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional project administration and construction management services contract extends the time of performance to June 30, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted.

Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
