Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,121,312.75.  Supplemental No. 1 increase of $97,600 revises the total contract value to $1,218,912.75.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 16, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Inc. for engineering services for design of the Harmon Avenue between Maryland Parkway and Boulder Highway project.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc increases total funds for post-design and record drawings for the project.

WSP USA Solutions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
