BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607695-25, for Contract for Painting Services Countywide was advertised on March 3, 2026, and opened on March 18, 2026. The Bid amounts are as follows:

Hardy Companies Inc. dba Hardy Painting and Drywall (NBE) 20%
Bid Amounts above are for evaluation purposes and determination of low bid. Actual usage is listed in the Fiscal Impact. The 20% represents the bidders price increase to labor and materials and reflects their operating costs and profit margins.
This Contract is for painting services countywide.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from date of award through December 31, 2030, or until allocated budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Hardy Companies Inc. dba Hardy Painting and Drywall currently holds a Clark County Business License.
