Interlocal contract between the State of Nevada and Clark County, specifically the Clark County Fire Department Fire Investigations Division.

BACKGROUND: 

The State of Nevada acting by and through its Department of Public Safety Records, Communications and Compliance Division requests this interlocal contract to meet its requirement to collect, maintain and submit records, reports and compilation of statistical data relating to crime pursuant to NRS Chapter 179A.075, NRS 179A.078, and NRS 193.309.

This agreement will commence from the date of acceptance and will remain in force until it is terminated by either party.

Clark County Legal Counsel has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
